With small swatches of my own dyed and painted fabrics, I started hand stitching each sample to vintage family linens. I chose a different fabric and made a unique stitching design for each little piece, with no duplicates.I stopped at 108 individual little art works, I hand stitched them together on felt, backing them with more dye painted fabrics. This collection is 570 inches by 6 inches and can be hung, coiled, looped over a rod or displayed on a large surface.
